How do I enroll membership online?

As long as you are 18 or older and have a valid credit card, you can easily complete your membership online. Choose your preferred membership plan, select the club you want to work out at, and finish the simple online signing and payment process — you’ll become a World Gym member instantly!

Is there an age restriction to join the gym?

Age 18 and above: You can join online directly. Ages 14 to 17: A legal guardian must accompany you to the club, provide supporting documents, and complete the consent form before membership can be processed.

How do I pay the monthly membership fees afterward?

Your monthly membership fees will be automatically charged to the credit card you registered during the online enrollment, so you won’t need to worry about making manual payments.

How do I upgrade a Single-Club Membership to a Multi-Club Membership?

After joining online, you can upgrade at the service counter of the club where you enrolled.

Does the gym provide towels?

It depends on the club type. If needed, you can inquire at the counter on-site and purchase the towel service.
